¿Cómo tomarte las medidas correctamente?
La opción más sencilla es con cinta métrica, si no tienes en casa también puedes tomar una cuerda o un cordón, marcando el punto donde se superpone cuando te midas y midiendo la longitud en plano con un flexómetro (metro). Sigue las siguientes instrucciones para una medición correcta:
Pecho
Pasa la cinta por la parte más sobresaliente del pecho y de la espalda.
Cintura
Medimos por la parte más estrecha de la cintura procurando que la cinta métrica quede sin holguras.
Cadera
Medimos y rodeamos nuestra cadera por la parte más ancha.
